The verse highlights that sincere stuti (praise) and bhakti lead to Śiva’s prasāda (grace). In Shaiva Siddhanta, the devotee’s approach culminates in Pati’s compassionate response, showing that divine favor is accessed through devotion and reverence.
The scene emphasizes Saguna worship—Śiva as the approachable Lord who is praised and pleased. Linga worship similarly centers on stuti, upacāra, and surrender, through which devotees seek Śiva’s prasāda and closeness.
A practical takeaway is stotra-pāṭha and mantra-japa (especially the Panchākṣarī, “Om Namaḥ Śivāya”) done with bhakti to seek Śiva’s prasāda, followed by respectful remembrance of Śiva-Śivā as the unified divine presence.
