Sukta 9.72
नृबाहुभ्यां चोदितो धारया सुतोऽनुष्वधं पवते सोम इन्द्र ते । आप्राः क्रतून्त्समजैरध्वरे मतीर्वेर्न द्रुषच्चम्वोरासदद्धरिः ॥
nṛbā́hubhyāṃ coditó dhā́rayā sutó ’nu-svadháṃ pavate sóma indra te | āprā́ḥ kratū́n sám ajair adhvaré matī́r vēr ná druṣác camvór ā́ asadat dháriḥ ||
नरांच्या बाहुबळाने प्रेरित, धारेंत पिळून काढलेला सोम, हे इंद्रा, तुझ्यासाठी आपल्या स्वधर्माने—स्वानंदाच्या नियमाने—पवित्र होत वाहतो. अध्वर (यज्ञ) मध्ये तू क्रतूंना (संकल्प-शक्तींना) पूर्ण केलेस व युक्त केलेस; जसा पक्षी आपल्या विसाव्याच्या ठिकाणी येतो, तसा हरि (तांबूसवर्ण) पात्रांवर येऊन बसला.
