सोमो मीढ्वान्पवते गातुवित्तम ऋषिर्विप्रो विचक्षणः । त्वं कविरभवो देववीतम आ सूर्यं रोहयो दिवि ॥
Transliteration
sómō mīḍhvā́n pavate gātuvít-tamaḥ ṛ́ṣir vípro vi-cákṣaṇaḥ | tváṃ kavír abhavo deva-vī́tamaḥ ā́ sū́ryaṃ rohayo diví ||
Translation
दानसमृद्ध सोम प्रवाहित होतो—मार्गाचा सर्वोत्तम शोधक—ऋषी, विप्र, दूरदर्शी। तू कवी झालास, देवांना अत्यंत प्रिय; तू सूर्याला दिवि मध्ये आरोहण करतोस.
