श्रवच्छ्रुत्कर्ण ईयते वसूनां नू चिन्नो मर्धिषद्गिरः । सद्यश्चिद्यः सहस्राणि शता ददन्नकिर्दित्सन्तमा मिनत् ॥
Transliteration
śrávacchrútkārṇa īyate vásūnāṃ nū́ cín no mardhiṣád gíraḥ | sadyáś cid yáḥ sahásrāṇi śatá dádann ákīr dítsantam ā́ minat ||
Translation
तो श्रवणशील कानाकडे, वसू (धन) यांच्याकडे अग्रसर होतो; आणि आताही तो आमच्या वाणीला बळ देवो—जो एकाच वेळी हजारो व शेकडो दान करतो; दान देताना त्याला कोणीही कमी करू शकत नाही.
