यमापो अद्रयो वना गर्भमृतस्य पिप्रति । सहसा यो मथितो जायते नृभिः पृथिव्या अधि सानवि ॥
Transliteration
yám ā́po ádrayo vánā gárbham ṛtásya pípṛti | sáhasā yó mathitó jā́yate nṛ́bhiḥ pṛthivyā́ ádhi sā́navi ||
Translation
ज्याला आपः (जल), अद्रयः (दगड), वनानि (अरण्ये) ‘ऋतस्य गर्भ’ (ऋताचा गर्भ) म्हणून पोसतात—तो. जो सहसा (बलाने) मथित झाल्यावर, नृभिः (मानवी शक्तींनी) जन्माला येतो, तो पृथिव्या अधि सानवि (पृथ्वीच्या कटक/शिखर-रेषेवर) उत्पन्न होतो.
