Sukta 6.31
त्वं कुत्सेनाभि शुष्णमिन्द्राशुषं युध्य कुयवं गविष्टौ । दश प्रपित्वे अध सूर्यस्य मुषायश्चक्रमविवे रपांसि ॥
tváṁ kútsenā́bhi śúṣṇam indrāśúṣaṁ yúdhyá kúyavaṁ gáviṣṭau | dáśa prapítve ádha sū́ryasya muṣā́yaś cakrám avive rápaṁsi ||
हे इंद्रा! तू कुत्सासह शुष्ण—तो शोषक (अशुष)—आणि गविष्टि (गौ/प्रकाशाचा शोध) मध्ये कुयव यांच्याशी युद्ध केलेस. मग सूर्याच्या दहापटी निर्णायक वळणावर तू (ऋताच्या) गतीचे चक्र परत मिळवलेस आणि कपट-प्रपंचांना निष्फळ केलेस.
