तं हि शश्वन्त ईळते स्रुचा देवं घृतश्चुता । अग्निं हव्याय वोळ्हवे ॥
Transliteration
táṃ hí śáśvanta ī́ḷate srucā́ deváṃ ghṛ́ta-ścutā́ | agním havyā́ya vóḷhave ||
Translation
त्यालाच सतत प्रयत्नशील जन घृत-चूती स्रुचेसह देव म्हणून स्तुतितात. हवि वाहून नेण्यासाठी ते अग्नीचे आवाहन करतात—हव्य-वोळ्हा, अर्पणांचा वाहक.
