सहस्रं व्यतीनां युक्तानामिन्द्रमीमहे । शतं सोमस्य खार्यः ॥
Transliteration
sahásraṃ vyátīnām yuktā́nām índram īmahe | śatáṃ sómasya khāryàḥ ||
Translation
आम्ही सहस्रं व्यतीनां—हजारो युक्त (संयोजित) विवेक-शक्तींनी—इंद्राला मीमहे (आवाहन/अन्वेषण करतो); आणि सोमस्य शतं खार्यः—सोमाच्या उन्नत आनंदाच्या शंभर मापांसह—जेणेकरून बल आमच्या अंतरी सज्ज होईल.
