अच्छा वो देवीमुषसं विभातीं प्र वो भरध्वं नमसा सुवृक्तिम् । ऊर्ध्वं मधुधा दिवि पाजो अश्रेत्प्र रोचना रुरुचे रण्वसंदृक् ॥
ácchā vo devī́m uṣásaṃ vi-bhātī́ṃ prá vo bharadhvaṃ námasā su-vṛktím | ūrdhvám madhudhā́ diví pā́jo aśret prá rocanā́ ruruce raṇvá-sandṛk ||
दीप्तिमती देवी उषेकडे तुम्ही नमस्कारासह तुमची सुबद्ध, सुशोभित स्तुती-ऋचा पुढे आणा. मधुधारिणी तिची ज्योती दिव्यात ऊर्ध्व चढली आहे; प्रकाशमय अवकाश उजळून निघाले आहेत—रम्यदृष्टी असलेल्या तिने जगांना उजळ केले आहे.
