Sukta 3.29
यदद्य त्वा प्रयति यज्ञे अस्मिन्होतश्चिकित्वोऽवृणीमहीह । ध्रुवमया ध्रुवमुताशमिष्ठाः प्रजानन्विद्वाँ उप याहि सोमम् ॥
yád adyá tvā prayatí yajñé asmín hótāś cikitvó ’vṛṇīmahi há | dhrúvam ayā dhrúvam utā́śamiṣṭhāḥ prajā́nann vidvā́n úpa yāhi sómam ||
आज, या अग्रसर यज्ञात, आम्ही तुला येथे विवेकी होतृ म्हणून निवडले आहे. ध्रुव मार्गाने ये; ध्रुव शांतिच्या आसनापर्यंत ये; जन्मे व त्यांचे अर्थ जाणणाऱ्या हे विद्वान्, आमच्या अंतःस्थ सोमाजवळ ये.
