Sukta 3.29
प्र सप्तहोता सनकादरोचत मातुरुपस्थे यदशोचदूधनि । न नि मिषति सुरणो दिवेदिवे यदसुरस्य जठरादजायत ॥
prá saptáhotā sanakā́d arocata mātúr upásthe yád aśócad ū́dhani | ná ní miṣati suráṇo divédive yád ásurasya jaṭhárād ájāyata ||
सनकाद् (आदिम मूळ) पासून सप्त-होता प्रकट होऊन तेजस्वी झाला, जेव्हा तो मातृ-उपस्थात—पोषणाच्या ऊधनात—प्रज्वलित झाला। तो सुरणः (सुदाता) दिवसेंदिवस निमिष करत नाही, कारण तो असुर (प्रभु-शक्ती) यांच्या जठरातून जन्मला।
