समञ्जन्तु विश्वे देवाः समापो हृदयानि नौ । सं मातरिश्वा सं धाता समु देष्ट्री दधातु नौ ॥

sám añjantu víśve devā́ḥ sám ā́po hṛ́dayāni nau | sám mātáriśvā sám dhātā́ sám u deṣṭrī́ dadhātu nau ||

सर्व देव आम्हा दोघांना एकभावात अभिषिक्त करो; आणि आपः (जलदेवता) आमची हृदये एक करो. मातरिश्वा व धाता आम्हाला एकत्र स्थिर करो; आणि देष्ट्री (मार्गदर्शक नियंता) आमची एकता दृढपणे प्रस्थापित करो.
