Sukta 10.83
अभि प्रेहि दक्षिणतो भवा मेऽधा वृत्राणि जङ्घनाव भूरि । जुहोमि ते धरुणं मध्वो अग्रमुभा उपांशु प्रथमा पिबाव ॥
abhí préhi dakṣiṇató bhavā́ me ádhā vṛtrā́ṇi jaṅghanāva bhū́ri | juhómi te dharúṇaṃ mádhvo ágram ubhā́ upāṃśú prathamā́ pibāva ||
माझ्याबरोबर पुढे ये; माझ्या उजव्या बाजूस राहा. मग आपण अनेक वृत्र—अडथळ्यांची आवरणे—तुडवून टाकू. मी तुझ्यासाठी मध्व (मधु) याचा धारण करणारा प्रथम सार अर्पित करीत आहे; तुम्ही दोघेही उपांशु—गुप्तपणे—पहिला घोट प्या.
