विश्वस्य केतुर्भुवनस्य गर्भ आ रोदसी अपृणाज्जायमानः । वीळुं चिदद्रिमभिनत्परायञ्जना यदग्निमयजन्त पञ्च ॥

Transliteration

víśvasya ketúr bhúvanasya gárbha ā́ rodasī apṛṇāj jā́yamānaḥ | vīḷúṃ cid ádrim abhinat parā́yan jánā yád agním áyajanta páñca ||

Translation

तो सर्वांचा केतु (ध्वज/प्रकाशचिन्ह), भुवनाचा गर्भ आहे; जन्मताच तो दोन्ही लोक (रोदसी) परिपूर्ण करतो. पुढे जाताना तो दृढ शिला (अद्रि)लाही फोडतो—जेव्हा पाच जनांनी (पंच) अग्नीसाठी यज्ञ केला.
