तनूत्यजेव तस्करा वनर्गू रशनाभिर्दशभिरभ्यधीताम् । इयं ते अग्ने नव्यसी मनीषा युक्ष्वा रथं न शुचयद्भिरङ्गैः ॥
tanūtyájā iva táskarā vanargū́ raśanā́bhir dáśabhir abhy-á dhītām | iyáṃ te agne návyasī manīṣā́ yukṣvā́ ráthaṃ na śucáyadbhir áṅgaiḥ ||
जसे चोर आपलेच तन टाकून, वनात भटकणारे, दहा रशना (पट्टे/दोर) यांनी चहूबाजूंनी बांधले जातात—तसेच ही माझी मनीषा तुझ्यावर स्थिर झाली आहे. हे अग्ने, ही तुझ्यासाठी अधिक नव्याची प्रज्ञा आहे; हिला रथासारखी, शुचि (दीप्त) अंगांनी/शक्तींनी युक्त करून जू.
