अवासृजः प्रस्वः श्वञ्चयो गिरीनुदाज उस्रा अपिबो मधु प्रियम् । अवर्धयो वनिनो अस्य दंससा शुशोच सूर्य ऋतजातया गिरा ॥
ávāsṛjaḥ prásvaḥ śvañcáyo girī́n udā́j usrā́ ápibo mádhu priyám | ávardhayo vaníno asya daṃsásā śuśóca sū́rya ṛtájātayā girā́ ||
तू अग्रगामी वेगाचा प्रवाह सोडला; पर्वतांना वर ढकलून उंच केले; तेजस्वी प्रकाशांना/उषांना प्रिय मधु पाजले. तुझ्या कर्मांच्या प्रभावी सामर्थ्याने तू त्याची विजयी शक्ती वाढवलीस; ऋतापासून जन्मलेल्या वाणीने सूर्य प्रज्वलित झाला.
