Transliteration
ghṛtā́havana dī́divaḥ práti ṣmá ríṣato daha | agne tváṃ rakṣasvínaḥ ||
Translation
हे घृत-आह्वान (घृताहवन) ने बोलाविलेल्या, हे दीप्तिमान अग्ने! जे आक्रमण करतात त्यांना प्रत्याघात करून दग्ध कर; हे अग्ने, विकृती व तमस् (अंधार) यांच्या शक्तींविरुद्ध तूच रक्षक आहेस.
