सं यन्मिथः पस्पृधानासो अग्मत शुभे मखा अमिता जायवो रणे । युवोरह प्रवणे चेकिते रथो यदश्विना वहथः सूरिमा वरम् ॥
sáṃ yán mitháḥ paspṛdhānā́so ágmat śubhé makhā́ ámitā jā́yavo ráṇe | yuvór áha praváṇe cékitē rátho yád aśvinā́ váhathaḥ sūrím ā́ váram ||
जेव्हा प्रतिस्पर्धी परस्परांशी झुंजत, शुभ मखात (सुंदर यज्ञ/स्पर्धेत) एकत्र येतात—अमित शक्ती रणात विजयासाठी धाव घेतात—तेव्हा, हे अश्विनौ, उतारावर तुमचा रथ खरोखरच प्रकट होतो, जेव्हा तुम्ही वीराला वरणीय वर (श्रेष्ठ वरदान) कडे वाहून नेता.
