समुद्रतट-प्रयाणम् तथा वेलावन-निवेशः
March to the Seacoast and Encampment at the Shore
रत्नौघ जलसन्नादं विषक्तमिव वायुना ।उत्पतन्तमिव क्रुद्धं यादोगणसमाकुलम् ।।।।ददृशुस्ते महोत्साह वाताहतजलाशयम् ।अनिलोद्धूतमाकाशे प्रवल्गन्त ममिवोर्मिभिः ।।।।
ratnaugha-jalasannādaṃ viṣaktam iva vāyunā |
utpatantam iva kruddhaṃ yādogaṇasamākulam ||
dadṛśus te mahotsāhā vātāhatajalāśayam |
aniloddhūtam ākāśe pravalgantam ivormibhiḥ ||
ते महोत्साही योद्धे सागर पाहू लागले—रत्नराशीवर पाण्याचा निनाद, जणू वाऱ्याने दाबून धरलेला; क्रुद्धासारखा उसळणारा, जलचरगणांनी गजबजलेला; वादळाने झोडपलेला जलाशय, ज्याच्या लाटा जणू अनिलाने आकाशात उडविल्यासारख्या उड्या मारीत होत्या।
