गुहसंवादः—रामस्य रात्रिवासवर्णनम्

ताश्च तं पतितं भूमौ रुदन्त्यः पर्यवारयन्।कौसल्या त्वनुसृत्यैनं दुर्मनाः परिषस्वजे।।।।
tāś ca taṃ patitaṃ bhūmau rudantyaḥ paryavārayan |
kausalyā tv anusṛtyainaṃ durmanāḥ pariṣasvaje ||
त्या रडत रडत भूमीवर पडलेल्या भरताला वेढून उभ्या राहिल्या। आणि कौसल्या दुःखाने व्याकुळ होऊन जवळ जाऊन त्याला घट्ट आलिंगन देऊ लागली।
Sobbing, they gathered around Bharata who had fallen on the ground, while Kausalya approached him in a depressed state and took him into her arms.
