Night on the riverbank
न हि रामात्प्रियतमो ममास्ति भुवि कश्चन।ब्रवीम्येतदहं सत्यं सत्येनैव च ते शपे।।।।
na hi rāmāt priyatamo mamāsti bhuvi kaścana |
bravīmy etad ahaṁ satyaṁ satyenaiva ca te śape ||
माझ्यासाठी या भूमीवर रामापेक्षा अधिक प्रिय कोणीही नाही। हे मी सत्यच सांगतो, आणि सत्याचीच शपथ घेऊन तुला सांगतो॥
