अश्वमेधमवाप्नोति दैवतैः सह मोदते । तत्र सिद्धमवाप्नोति भृगुस्तु मुनिपुंगवः । अवतारः कृतस्तेन शंकरेण महात्मना

aśvamedhamavāpnoti daivataiḥ saha modate | tatra siddhamavāpnoti bhṛgustu munipuṃgavaḥ | avatāraḥ kṛtastena śaṃkareṇa mahātmanā

तो अश्वमेधयज्ञाचे पुण्य प्राप्त करतो आणि देवांसह आनंदित होतो. तेथे मुनिपुंगव भृगु सिद्धी प्राप्त करतात; त्या महात्मा शंकरांनी तेथे अवतार प्रकट केला.
