Description of the Pilgrimage to the Sacred Tīrthas

Kurukṣetra-yātrā-krama

ततो मुंजवटं नाम प्राप्य देवस्य शूलिनः । समुष्य च निशामेकां प्रार्च्येशं गणपोभवेत् ॥ ३६ ॥

tato muṃjavaṭaṃ nāma prāpya devasya śūlinaḥ | samuṣya ca niśāmekāṃ prārcyeśaṃ gaṇapobhavet || 36 ||

त्यानंतर शूलधारी देव (शिव) यांच्या पावन ‘मुंजवट’ नामक स्थानी जाऊन एक रात्रि निवास करावा. तेथे ईश (शिव) यांची विधिपूर्वक पूजा केल्यास तो गणांचा अधिपती (गणप) होतो.
