yatra nityaṃ sthitā devi raṃtukaṃ nāmatastataḥ | tasya kṣetrasya rakṣārthaṃ viṣṇunā sthāpitāḥ purā || 25 ||

Vrata: none
Rasa: {"primary_rasa":"adbhuta","secondary_rasa":"bhakti","emotional_journey":"Moves from intimate address to the Goddess and her perpetual presence to a reverent recognition of Viṣṇu’s protective establishment of guardians for the kṣetra."}
It sanctifies a tirtha/kshetra by linking its very name (Rantuka) to the Goddess’s perpetual presence and affirms Vishnu’s role as the cosmic protector who establishes guardians for the safety and purity of holy places.
It frames bhakti as reverent relationship with the living sacred geography—honoring Devi’s abiding presence and trusting Vishnu’s protective order—encouraging pilgrimage, worship, and kshetra-seva as expressions of devotion.
While not a technical Vedanga passage, it reflects applied ritual culture: kshetra-raksha (protective arrangement of a sacred site) and the tradition of installing/recognizing kshetra-palas (guardian deities) under Vishnu’s authority.
