यत्र सा दृश्यते देवी विख्याता भीष्मचंडिका । श्मशाने तां समभ्यर्च्य न नरो दुर्गतिं व्रजेत् ॥ ५ ॥

yatra sā dṛśyate devī vikhyātā bhīṣmacaṃḍikā | śmaśāne tāṃ samabhyarcya na naro durgatiṃ vrajet || 5 ||

जिथे ती देवी ‘भीष्मचंडिका’ म्हणून विख्यात होऊन दर्शन देते, त्या स्मशानात तिची विधिपूर्वक पूजा केल्यास मनुष्य दुर्गतीला जात नाही.
