D
Devi (Goddess as sacred speech/Mantra-Shakti)

FAQs

It venerates the Goddess as Mantra-Śakti and sacred speech—both the reviver of spiritual vitality and the remover of durita (sin/misfortune), emphasizing that divine utterance and devotion lead to purification and higher knowledge.

By offering repeated salutations and praising divine qualities, it models stotra-bhakti: remembrance and verbal worship that purifies the mind, strengthens faith, and aligns the devotee with the grace that grants brahma-jñāna.

It highlights mantra-prayoga centered on correct sacred utterance (linked to Śikṣā—phonetics and proper recitation) and the power of Vedic-style chanting/recitation implied by “brahma-gā” (reciting Brahman).
