Transliteration

gauḍī paiṣṭī tathā mādhvītyevaṃ tattrividhaṃ smṛtam | gatuḍamuṣṇodake kṣiptvā samāloḍya vinikṣipet || 12 ||

Translation

हे तीन प्रकारचे स्मृत आहे—गौडी, पैष्टी आणि माध्वी. गटुड (खमीर) कोमट पाण्यात टाकून नीट ढवळून मग ठेवावे।
