Transliteration

bhūmī rasākṣmāsvayutā paṃcaikāṃtaritāḥ sthirāḥ | tadaṃtarita bījāni svasaṃyuktāni paṃca vai || 68 ||

Translation

पृथ्वी, जल, अग्नी, वायू आणि आकाश—ही पाच तत्त्वे दृढपणे स्थिर असून एकाआड एक अशा क्रमाने ठेवलेली आहेत. त्यांच्या मध्ये पाच ‘बीज’ (सूक्ष्म कारणे) आहेत, प्रत्येक आपापल्या तत्त्वाशी संयुक्त.
