Sanatkumara (in instruction to Narada)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It prescribes internal consecration: by placing bīja-mantras and then performing mūrti-nyāsa, the practitioner sacralizes the body as a fit seat for deity-upāsanā, aligning speech, mind, and limbs with mantra-power.
By instructing mūrti-nyāsa, it frames devotion as embodied worship—devotees internalize the deity’s presence before external rites, making bhakti an intimate, lived contemplation rather than only an outward ritual.
It highlights applied ritual science: correct sequencing of nyāsa and disciplined use of bīja-mantras—procedural knowledge closely tied to mantra-prayoga traditions and the technical side of upāsanā.
