paścime madanaṃ bāṇapāśāṃkuśaśarāsanām | dhārayaṃtaṃ japāraktaṃ pūjayedraktabhūṣaṇam || 30 ||

पश्चिम दिशेस मदन (कामदेव) यांची पूजा करावी—जे बाण, पाश, अंकुश व धनुष्य धारण करतात, जपाफुलासारखे रक्तवर्ण आहेत आणि लाल भूषणांनी अलंकृत आहेत।
