Transliteration

pratyekaṃ dvistataḥ svāhā kavacasya manurmataḥ | ugrarūpadharāṃte tu sarvaviṣahareti ca || 145 ||

Translation

प्रत्येक मंत्र ‘स्वाहा’ने समाप्त करून दोनशे वेळा जपावा—हा कवचाचा मनु मानला आहे. तसेच उग्ररूपधारी देवतेच्या मंत्राच्या शेवटी ‘सर्वविषहरे’ (सर्व विष हरिणारा) असे जोडावे.
