दशास्येति च षड्भिः स्यात्पदैर्ङेतैः षडंगकम् । सिंच्यमानं युवतिभिः क्रीडंतं नर्मदाजले ॥ ५४ ॥
daśāsyeti ca ṣaḍbhiḥ syātpadairṅetaiḥ ṣaḍaṃgakam | siṃcyamānaṃ yuvatibhiḥ krīḍaṃtaṃ narmadājale || 54 ||
“दशास्य-”ने सुरू होणारा पदसमूह सहा प्रसिद्ध शब्दांनी युक्त असा षडंगक मानावा. यात (देव) नर्मदा-जळात क्रीडा करीत असून युवतींनी पाणी उडवून सिंचन करीत आहेत असे वर्णिले आहे.
