Narada (teaching in a technical/ritual register; dialogue context traditionally with Sanatkumara lineage)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: vira
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It links disciplined austerity (fasting), sacred geography (Gaṅgā-tīra), and quantified mantra practice (lakṣa-japa) to a definite fruit—restoration of power/authority—presented as a reliable ritual outcome.
Bhakti here is expressed as steady, vowed practice: fasting as self-restraint and japa as continuous remembrance through mantra, performed in a tīrtha that amplifies devotional merit.
It reflects prayoga-style ritual discipline: upavāsa-niyama (rule of fasting), deśa-niyama (place restriction—Gaṅgā bank), and saṅkhyā-niyama (fixed count—100,000 japa), all central to applied dharma practice.
