Narada (teaching a mantra-prayoga within the Vedanga/ritual-technical context)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: vira
It presents a focused dhyāna (visualization) of Rāma’s coronation as a means to stabilize the mind and align one’s intent with dharma, showing how devotion-supported mantra-japa is taught as a practical sādhanā with tangible outcomes.
Bhakti is expressed as ananya-dhī—single-pointed absorption in Rāma—where remembrance (smaraṇa/dhyāna) and repetition (japa) work together, making devotion not only emotional but disciplined and practice-based.
It highlights mantra-prayoga through regulated japa-saṅkhyā (a fixed count: five thousand) and dhyāna as an applied ritual-technical method, reflecting the Narada Purana’s Vedanga-oriented approach to actionable spiritual procedures.
