Narada (in dialogue with Sanatkumara tradition; technical mantra-anukramaṇikā style)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It encodes the mantra’s formal “identity” (ṛṣi, chandas, devatā, bīja, śakti, kavaca), teaching that correct mantra-japa is grounded in precise Vedic-tantric protocol, aligning the practitioner with Gaṇādhipa’s protective and obstacle-removing grace.
By naming Gaṇādhipa as the devatā and specifying the mantra’s bīja/śakti/kavaca, it frames devotion as disciplined worship—bhakti expressed through accurate recitation, remembrance of the deity’s form (Vakratunḍa), and reliance on divine protection.
Chandas (metre) is explicitly taught via “Anuṣṭubh,” and the verse also reflects applied mantra-śāstra/anukramaṇikā practice—how to catalogue a mantra with ṛṣi-chandas-devatā and adjuncts (bīja, śakti, kavaca) for ritual use.
