यः पठेदिदमाख्यानं शृणुयाद्वा समाहितः । सोऽपि सर्वाघनिर्मुक्तः प्रयाति भवनं हरेः ॥ ५९ ॥
yaḥ paṭhedidamākhyānaṃ śṛṇuyādvā samāhitaḥ | so'pi sarvāghanirmuktaḥ prayāti bhavanaṃ hareḥ || 59 ||
जो एकाग्र मनाने हे आख्यान पठतो किंवा ऐकतो, तोही सर्व पापांपासून मुक्त होऊन हरिच्या धामास जातो।
Narada (phala-śruti style assurance within the teaching lineage)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It states the phala (result) of the text: attentive recitation or listening purifies all sin (sarvāgha) and leads the devotee to Hari’s abode, emphasizing scriptural hearing/recitation as a direct purifier.
It highlights bhakti-sādhana through śravaṇa (hearing) and pāṭha (recitation) performed with samādhāna (focused attention), presenting devotion to Hari as accessible even through receptive listening.
No specific Vedāṅga (like Vyākaraṇa or Jyotiṣa) is taught here; the practical takeaway is the disciplined method of śravaṇa/pāṭha with mental concentration (samāhita), a key rule for effective mantra/purāṇa recitation practice.
