अनर्थभाषिणीं चैव लोकद्वेष परायणाम् । परापवादनिरतां तस्कारां नोद्वहेद्वुधः ॥ ११ ॥
anarthabhāṣiṇīṃ caiva lokadveṣa parāyaṇām | parāpavādaniratāṃ taskārāṃ nodvahedvudhaḥ || 11 ||
अनर्थ बोलणारी, लोकांशी द्वेष करणारी, दुसऱ्यांची निंदा करण्यात मग्न असणारी आणि चोरासारखी वृत्ती असणाऱ्या स्त्रीशी बुद्धिमान पुरुषाने विवाह करू नये.

It warns that harmful speech, hatred, and slander corrupt one’s mind and drain spiritual merit; the wise protect their dharma by avoiding such association.
Bhakti requires purity of heart and speech; habitual ninda (fault-finding and slander) breeds hatred and agitation, which obstruct remembrance of the Lord and devotion.
Vyākaraṇa and Śikṣā are indirectly implied through disciplined speech (vak-samyama): words should be truthful, beneficial, and non-injurious, not idle or defamatory.
