Transliteration

garbhāṣṭame'ṣṭame vābde baṭukasyopanāyanam | āṣoḍaśābdaparyaṃtaṃ gauṇaṃ kālamuśaṃti ca || 11 ||

Translation

बटुकाचे उपनयन गर्भापासून मोजल्यास आठव्या वर्षी किंवा जन्मापासून मोजल्यास आठव्या वर्षी करावे; आणि सोळाव्या वर्षापर्यंतचा काळही गौण (स्वीकार्य) मानतात।
