Sanaka
Vrata: Haripañcaka
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It formally introduces a specific Vishnu-centered vow (Haripañcaka) as a rare and highly esteemed practice, framing it as a teaching to be understood “tattvataḥ” (in its true intent), not merely as outward ritual.
By naming the observance “Haripañcaka,” the verse centers devotion on Hari (Vishnu) and presents vrata as a disciplined form of bhakti—listening, understanding, and then practicing a revered devotional regimen.
The verse emphasizes precise instruction and right understanding (“tattvataḥ”), a principle aligned with correct ritual comprehension (kalpa-oriented discipline), though no specific Vedanga (like Vyākaraṇa or Jyotiṣa) is explicitly mentioned in this line.
