hariṃ tu cāmpakaiḥ puṣpairarkapuṣpaiśca śaṅkaram | samabhyarcya mahārāja tattatsālokyamāpnuyāt || 62 ||
Narada
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It teaches that sincere, rule-based worship (with appropriate offerings) yields a defined spiritual fruit—sālokya—residence in the deity’s realm, emphasizing devotion expressed through correct ritual symbolism.
Bhakti is shown as practical devotion: honoring Hari and Śaṅkara with dedicated offerings. The verse links loving worship to a concrete devotional attainment, reinforcing that devotion matures into proximity to the worshipped Lord.
It reflects Kalpa-type ritual knowledge: choosing proper upacāras (offerings) and dravyas (materials) for specific deities—campaka for Hari and arka for Śiva—indicating tradition-based rules of pūjā procedure.
