तावेव सूर्यतां तद्वदधिकारं तथैन्दवम् ।
कौबेरमथ याम्यं च चक्राते वरुणस्य च ॥
tāv eva sūryatāṃ tadvad adhikāraṃ tathaindavam | kauberam atha yāmyaṃ ca cakrāte varuṇasya ca ||
ते दोघेही स्वतः सूर्याचे पद आणि चंद्राचे अधिकार धारण करू लागले; तसेच कुबेर, यम आणि वरुण यांची दिक्पाल-शासनसत्ता त्यांनी हस्तगत केली।
