एवमेषा समुत्पन्ना ब्रह्मणा संस्तुता स्वयम् ।
प्रभावमस्या देव्यास्तु भूयः शृणु वदामि ते ॥
evam eṣā samutpannā brahmaṇā saṃstutā svayam | prabhāvam asyā devyās tu bhūyaḥ śṛṇu vadāmi te ||
अशा प्रकारे ती देवी प्रकट झाली आणि स्वयं ब्रह्मदेवांनी तिची स्तुती केली. आता पुन्हा ऐक; मी तुला त्या देवीचे माहात्म्य सांगतो।
