ऋषिरुवाच तथेत्युक्त्वा भगवता शङ्ख-चक्र-गदाभृता ।

कृत्वा चक्रेण वै छिन्नॆ जघने शिरसी तयोः ॥

Transliteration

ṛṣir uvāca tathety uktvā bhagavatā śaṅkha-cakra-gadābhṛtā | kṛtvā cakreṇa vai chinne jaghane śirasī tayoḥ ||

ऋषी म्हणाले: 'तथास्तु' (तसे होवो) असे म्हणून, शंख, चक्र आणि गदा धारण करणाऱ्या भगवंताने त्यांची डोकी आपल्या मांडीवर ठेवून चक्राने कापून टाकली.
