Adhyaya 70 — The King Confronts the Rakshasa and Restores the Brahmin’s Wife
अन्यजन्मनि कस्यापि विप्रयोगः कृतो मया ।
सोऽयं ममाप्युपगतः को दोषोऽस्य महात्मनः ॥
anyajanmani kasyāpi viprayogaḥ kṛto mayā / so 'yaṃ mamāpy upagataḥ ko doṣo 'sya mahātmanaḥ
पूर्वजन्मी मी कोणाचा तरी वियोग घडविला होता; त्याच कर्माचे फळ आज माझ्यावरही आले आहे. या महात्म्या पुरुषाचा यात काय दोष?
