ववृधे च महाभागो वयसाऽनुदिनं तथा ।

गुणौघैश्च यथा बालः कलाभिः शशिलाञ्छनः ॥

vavṛdhe ca mahābhāgo vayasā 'nudinaṃ tathā / guṇaughaiś ca yathā bālaḥ kalābhiḥ śaśalāñchanaḥ

तो भाग्यवान बालक दिवसेंदिवस वयाने आणि गुणसमृद्धीने वाढत गेला—जसा शशांक (चंद्र) कलांनी क्रमशः वाढतो।
