चतुरशीतिसाहस्रस्तस्योच्छ्रायो महागिरेः ।
प्रविष्टः षोडशाधस्ताद्विस्तीर्णः षोडशैव तु ॥
caturaśīti-sāhasras tasyocchrāyo mahāgireḥ | praviṣṭaḥ ṣoḍaśādhastād vistīrṇaḥ ṣoḍaśaiva tu ||
त्या महान पर्वताची उंची चौर्याऐंशी हजार योजन आहे. तो सोळा हजार योजन खाली (पृथ्वीमध्ये) प्रवेशलेला असून, त्याची रुंदीही सोळा हजार योजनच आहे.
