धर्मतो धनमाहार्यं यष्टव्यञ्चापि यत्नतः ।

यच्चापि कुर्वतो नात्मा जुगुप्सामेति पुत्रक ! ॥

Transliteration

dharmato dhanam āhāryaṃ yaṣṭavyañ cāpi yatnataḥ /

yac cāpi kurvato nātmā jugupsām eti putraka !

Translation

धर्म्य मार्गाने धन मिळवावे आणि प्रयत्नपूर्वक यज्ञ करावा. आणि जे केल्याने स्वतःच्या अंतःकरणाला आत्मग्लानी येणार नाही—तेच करावे, प्रिय पुत्रा।
