दानानि चैव देयानि ब्राह्मणेभ्यो मनीषिभिः ।
यद्यदिष्टतमं लोके यच्चापि ययितं गृहे ॥
dānāni caiva deyāni brāhmaṇebhyo manīṣibhiḥ /
yady adiṣṭatamaṃ loke yac cāpi yayitaṃ gṛhe
ज्ञानी पुरुषाने ब्राह्मणांना नक्कीच दान द्यावे—जे जगात सर्वाधिक इच्छित आहे आणि जे आपल्या घरात सर्वाधिक प्रिय आहे तेही।
