म्रियमाणेन तेनिदं दत्तं मे कण्ठभूषणम् ।

प्रापितश्चाग्निसंयोगं स वने शूद्रतापसैः ॥

mriyamāṇena tenedaṃ dattaṃ me kaṇṭhabhūṣaṇam | prāpitaścāgnisaṃyogaṃ sa vane śūdratāpasaiḥ ||

मरणासन्न अवस्थेत त्याने मला हे कंठाभरण दिले; आणि शूद्र तपस्वींनी त्याला अरण्यात अग्नीच्या संस्पर्शात नेले (दाह केला).
