Adhyaya 22 — Kuvalayashva’s Death through Daitya-Deceit and Madalasa’s Self-Immolation
युध्यमानो यथाशक्ति निघ्नन् ब्रह्मद्विषो युधि ।
मायामाश्रित्य पापेन भिन्नः शूलेन वक्षसी ॥
yudhyamāno yathāśakti nighnan brahmadviṣo yudhi | māyāmāśritya pāpena bhinnaḥ śūlena vakṣasī ||
तो यथाशक्ती युद्ध करीत, ब्रह्मद्वेष्ट्यांना रणात पाडीत होता; पण त्या पापीने मायाचा आश्रय घेऊन त्याला त्रिशूळाने छातीत भेदले.
